FedEx can only ship to street mailing addresses (not PO Boxes or APO addresses).  Please give us an accurate street address. If you give us an incorrect zip code you may be charged a minimum FedEx re-delivery charge of $11. In addition, if your package is to be delivered to an office or apartment, you must enter the suite or apartment number. If this information is omitted your package will not be delivered and a charge of $11 will be added to your shipping charges.

ANN HAND ships via FedEx and offers Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day Shipping. The delivery times are based on the number of business days..

Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska must be sent via 2nd Day Shipping and may require an additional day for delivery and an additional shipping charge may be applied. Please call to receive a quote for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (other than APO) cannot be accepted online. Due to the value of your order, we must make sure it reaches you in pristine condition and in a timely fashion. We need to make specific shipment arrangements with you before we can guarantee your order and shipment. Additional postage fees (if applicable) and country shipping information must be part of the delivery discussion. Please email or call us regarding international orders.

APO:
 APO, FPO, and AE orders are shipped via US Postal Office and take additional handling and shipping time. Custom Fees are the responsibility of the customer.  We regret we cannot ship 2nd Day or Next Day via the Post Office.  If you have any questions, please email us at: info@annhand.com

If your order is received Monday through Friday, it will normally ship within 24 hours. We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. Orders shipped during our  busy holiday season may take longer.  Shipping times exclude holidays and weekends.

 Weekend orders will be processed the following Monday. Please remember, FedEx delivery times refer to business days. Keep this in mind when requesting 2nd Day or Next Day delivery. Special fees apply to Saturday deliveries and must be requested before 1pm Friday.

DC Taxes

Items shipped to a Washington DC address are subject to 6% DC tax.  Those items shipped outside of the District of Columbia will not be taxed.

Ties, and Scarves: 

Due to the size and shape of the boxes for these items, FedEx charges an additional fee for their dimensions.   This will explain the increased cost of your shipping fees.

Refunds and exchanges are allowed within 30 days, when accompanied by a valid receipt and in original condition.

Sorry, we do not accept returns of special orders, engraved or sized items, or merchandise altered in any way. Corporate merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be returned in original box.
